About the Partnerships Team

About the Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales Position

We are looking for strategic and driven sales candidates to join our team to help identify and drive new business partnerships.  As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing  new business and closing sales. The sales cycle typically involves interacting with C-level business executives at Fortune 500 enterprises, and/or Government sector talent development decision makers, while also leveraging Directors and Managers of various departments within clients and/or government organizations to build awareness and visibility with stakeholders. The right candidate must consistently and compellingly demonstrate knowledge of the customer, how our platform supports their needs and how it translates into a strong value proposition.
 

This is a direct, outside sales position, with responsibility that offers challenge, significant financial reward and the opportunity to sell one of the most innovative higher education technologies in the marketplace today.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and pursue a pipeline of new business opportunities that will expand Study.com’s national and regional level partnerships and presence. 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Use your knowledge of the Education, Enterprise and Government sectors to consult and support the prospective partners, with the goal of helping them educate their populations.  This may include high level collaboration with partners as it relates to their L&D and Tuition Assistance strategies.
  • You will be the voice of Study.com's Partnerships Organization and must be able to passionately deliver our message and drive home how valuable education is to learners and organizations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment -- while maintaining the necessary sales acumen that drives growth and transparency across Study.com
  • You must be comfortable with aggressive goals aligned with bettering the lives of learners, improving the talent of organizations and driving Study.com's growth

Preferred Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales/partnerships experience in a high tech environment (EdTech preferred)
  • A record of past achievement, including the ability to spearhead conversations, deals, strategic initiatives, and managing senior-level external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong and interpersonal skills balanced with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to hold their own with internal/external C-Level Executives
  • Positive, can-do attitude
