About the Head of Account Management Position
Study.com’s mission is to make education accessible. We help students throughout their entire educational journey with research and academic focused articles and courses, taught by great teachers, we help students easily master any subject and achieve their educational goals.
The Accounts team contributes directly to this mission by connecting every school and university in the world with their customers on Study.com. and then helping them grow through advertising solutions. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business.
The Head of Account Management is an active leader who will drive new business, expand existing business, create, develop and optimize programs to help our clients succeed and thus grow Study.com’s advertising revenue. This covers a wide range of initiatives including channel marketing and partnerships. This opportunity incorporates digital and performance marketing, running optional teams and extensive cross-functional work with product teams, analysts, and client-facing teams. As such the leader has the global responsibility to increase revenue-line management, sales, partnerships, service and operations.
Ideal candidates will have experience building scaled sales and service programs, overseeing complex operations, analytical marketing, recognizing patterns of success (and failure) quickly, and working cross-functionally. Success in this position requires a passion for leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
