Study.com is expanding its successful Growth team and seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record driving revenue growth through performance-based media and customer acquisition. This role will have a strong emphasis in Paid Search (SEM, PPC) but should take an omnichannel approach applied to both eCommerce and SaaS models including Paid Social Media, Display and Affiliate. This high impact role will have the responsibility of integrating into our Agile environment and partnering with Product, Creative, Business Intelligence and Customer Success to better understand customer behaviors, needs, and uncovering insights that will drive KPIs and continued growth.
The Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media will be analytical, data-driven, creative, and collaborative. This role is both strategic and operational with several key initiatives happening simultaneously and moving at a fast pace.
